NECI assists clients by providing application data and obtaining necessary permits for their projects including conditional land use, variances, county/state Right-of-Way/entrance permits, building permits, tree removals, Army Corps 404 permits for wetlands, MPCA sanitary and stormwater discharges, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Department of Health approval.
